1. General Overview
Madfun Adventures is strictly a service-based travel and experience provider. Because we sell travel packages, tours, and experiences, we do not ship any physical products (such as paper tickets, physical brochures, or merchandise) via post or courier services. All correspondence, receipts, and itineraries are handled digitally.
2. Order Confirmation and Digital Delivery
When you book a trip or experience with us, the "delivery" of your booking documents occurs digitally.
Payment Confirmation: Immediately upon successful payment, you will receive an automated on-screen confirmation of your booking.
Digital Delivery Window: Within 24 to 48 hours of your successful payment, our team will process your booking and deliver your official digital receipt, booking confirmation, and a comprehensive travel itinerary.
Delivery Channels: These digital documents will be sent to the primary email address and the WhatsApp number provided by you at the time of booking.
3. Delivery of Services (The Travel Experience)
The actual "delivery" of the service you purchased takes place in person.
Execution Date: The services will be delivered on the designated start date of your respective trip, exactly as outlined in your booking confirmation and travel itinerary.
Meeting Instructions: Your itinerary will contain explicit instructions regarding meeting points, check-in times, and any necessary preparations required for the day your adventure begins.
4. Non-Receipt of Digital Documents
We strive to ensure all digital documents are delivered promptly. However, if you have not received your itinerary and receipt within the stated 48-hour window, please follow these steps:
Check Spam/Junk Folders: Sometimes, emails with PDF attachments or detailed itineraries are routed to spam folders by email providers.
Verify Contact Details: Ensure that the email address and phone number provided during checkout are accurate and active.
Contact Support: If you still cannot locate your documents, please reach out to our customer support team immediately so we can manually resend your booking details.
5. Itinerary Updates and Modifications
In the event that there are necessary changes to your trip due to weather, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances prior to your departure, Madfun Adventures will "deliver" these updated itineraries via the same digital channels (Email and WhatsApp) to ensure you have the most current information before your trip begins.
